Kavanotes

We in Bnai Israel Kavanotes are a diverse group of congregants who joyfully share our love of singing that blends beautifully with our devotional liturgy. We usually meet weekly on Mondays at 6:30 pm, for practice and planning and we chose this time to accommodate those of us who either work during the day or are students.

We sing at congregational services normally on the first Friday of each month as well as on holidays and at community and other special events.

Kavanotes always welcomes new members.  There is no requirement to be able to read music though that is helpful, but you must be able to carry a tune singing in the vocal section that fits you best when doing multi-part songs and committing to attend weekly rehearsals.
