Complete the online membership application here. Once you complete the application, you will be asked to create a password and then taken to the payment page. If you do not complete the payment, the application will not be submitted or saved.

Once you submit your payment, you may receive an automated email recognizing you for your donor payment, please ignore this email. It is a known error and is currently being addressed. You will shortly receive an email with the correct invoice information.

Membership Selection

For 2024, as Bnai Israel makes the transition to a Fiscal Year date of July 1, there will be the need for two membership years. The membership period is 6 months, beginning January 1 and ending June 30, 2024. The full year membership will begin on July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025. At this time, this membership form is only valid for the dues period of January 1 - June 30, 2024. Payment can be made in full at the time of your application or installments throughout the year. A $100 deposit is required with your application, which is applied towards your dues. If you have questions regarding financial arrangements, please contact the office at 910-762-1117.

- Single - $625
- Family - $875
Young Adult/Family Membership (40 and under) - $438
Out-of-Town Membership (Outside of SE North Carolina) - $538
- Outside of the following counties: New Hanover, Bladen, Brunswick, Columbus, Onslow, Pender

Membership benefits include:

Voting Rights (1 per membership)
High Holiday seats for members, discount seats for guests
Rabbinic presence and officiation at life cycle events
Reduced plot and maintenance fees for Bnai Israel Cemetery
Reduced fees for Chevra Kadisha
Reduced fees for synagogue events
Reduced fees for Hebrew School
